2. Services Provided: We offer a wide variety of lawn care services, including but not limited to, Sprinkler System Service and Repair, Mowing, Fertilization, Weed Control, Aeration, Tee Services, Clean up & Hauling, Pond & Water features and Complete Landscaping Design & Construction.

Services are subject to availability and may change without prior notice.

3. Pricing & Payments: All pricing is provided in a custom quote. Prices are subject to change at any time. Payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept Cash, Personal Checks and Zelle as payment methods. Late payments may incur additional fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds: Customers must provide at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of $50.00. Refunds are provided at our discretion, based on service completion and issues encountered.

5. Customer Responsibilities: To ensure effective service, customers must:

Provide access to the service area. Clean up after your pets. Pick up Cat & Dog waste, Remove obstacles such as furniture, toys, or debris. Keep pets and children indoors during service. Failure to comply may result in rescheduling or additional fees.

6. Liability Limitation: We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden objects, leaks, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for any type of water damage caused by leaks that may develop when working on an existing irrigation system. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service we provided.

7. Intellectual Property: All website content, including text, images, and branding, is owned by

Countryside Lawns and may not be used without permission.

8. Changes to Terms: We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
